You will be receiving your water and wastewater services from Alpine Lake Public Utilities Company, commonly referred to as ALPUC. We are proud to serve a little over 550 residential and 3 commercial customers. ALPUC is a government regulated, licensed, not for profit public utility and is a separate completely independent corporate entity from the Alpine Lake home owners association. ALPUC is guided by a five member volunteer Board of Directors. Daily operations are managed by ALPUC's General Manager, Kimberly Mayne. ALPUC has seven staff members, including five licensed water and wastewater operators. The field staff are required to have continuing education hours in order to keep their licenses current.
Contrary to popular belief your water does not come from the lake. Your water comes from three underground wells.
Alpine Lake Public Utilities Company has been serving the community since 1973.
