To begin services with ALPUC you will need to complete an application. The application needs to be notarized. We have two notaries on staff to help accommodate you. The application can be found under the Forms and Documents tab of this site or you can request a copy at the ALPUC office.
There are monthly minimum billing charges here at Alpine Lake. No customer will be rendered a bill for less than $153.74 a month, that is $83.84 for sewer and $69.90 for zero to 3,000 gallons of water. Once you exceed the 3,000 gallons you will be billed at $15.11 per 1,000 gallons after that. If your water service is disconnected for any reason you can expect to be billed the monthly minimum. Bills are sent out of the office on the last business day of the month.
Bills are always due on or before the 20th of each month, the due date never changes. Bills not paid by the 20th will be assessed a late fee of 10% of the unpaid balance.
There are several ways to pay your ALPUC bill. Of course you can pay in office via check or cash (we do not keep cash on hand, exact change is needed or the overage will be applied to your account). There is a red drop box located across our parking lot for customers to drop payments off after hours, we check the box Monday thru Friday. We offer automatic (ACH) payments to be debited from a checking or savings account on the 7th of each month. This service is no charge to our customers. You can always mail your payment as well as utilize the online bill pay service. All payments are processed on the day in which they are received in office. If your payment is NOT received in office by the 20th of the month your account will be assessed a late fee, which is 10% of the outstanding balance.
Please keep your information with the office as up to date as possible so that we can reach you. We ask you to consider signing up for our WENS (Wireless Emergency Notification System) to stay informed during emergencies. It is important the we can contact you in the event of an emergency or if service has been interrupted.
ALPUC's official form of communication is our website and our WENS system only. This website is where you will find postings such as office closures, water main breaks and boil water advisories.
We also ask our customers to keep an eye out for things happening on the property as we can't be in all places at once. Never hesitate to contact the office with your concerns. Sometimes our customers are the ones that find a leak!
