We are happy to offer electronic statements (e-statements) to our customers.  Go paperless today!  Click the button below to get started.  You will receive an email (statement of account) each month reminding you of your balance due and due date.  Please add donotreply.alpuc@cubicutilitybilling.com to your address book to ensure proper delivery of your statement.  You may opt out at anytime by calling or emailing the office.    

ALPUC customers are able to view their ALPUC bill and usage history online. Customers also have the option and capability to pay their bills online!  We have added this feature for the convenience of our customers as we still have several other options for payment.

Prior to being able to log in and utilize the service you will need to register for an account.  Please refer to your bill to find your book number, account number and your service address.  Only use the first line of your service address, ex. 1813 Alpine Lake Road.  Do not include Terra Alta as you will receive an error that your account can not be located.  You must have a valid email on file with ALPUC, in order to validate the account; you will use the same email on file to create this account.   Please contact the office for additional assistance.
